Viewing Timeline
- Open a contact's detail page
- Scroll to Timeline or Progression section
- View all entries chronologically
What you'll see: A chronological list showing:
- Progression entries
- Stage changes
- Email history
- Follow-up reminders
- Notes and interactions
Timeline Entries
Each entry shows:
- Date and Time - When the interaction occurred
- Type - Type of interaction (progression, email, follow-up)
- Stage - Progression stage (if applicable)
- Details - Notes or description
- Created By - Who created the entry
Gantt View
The Gantt view provides a visual timeline:
- See progression over time
- View stage durations
- Identify gaps in follow-ups
- Plan future interactions
Access Gantt view from the contact list or detail page.
Email History
Email history shows:
- All emails sent to the contact
- Email templates used
- Sent dates
- Email content preview
