How to log in and manage your account

Login & Authentication

Learn how to access the YCW Adelaide CMS and manage your account.

First-Time Login

  1. Navigate to /staff/login on the YCW Adelaide website
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. If you don't have an account, contact an administrator to create one
  4. Upon successful login, you'll be redirected to the dashboard

Login Page Features

The login page includes:

  • Username field - Enter your staff username
  • Password field - Enter your password
  • Forgot Password link - Request a password reset if needed
  • Error messages - Clear feedback if login fails

What you'll see: A centered login card with the YCW Adelaide branding, username and password fields, and a login button. If there's an error, a red alert box will appear above the form.

Password Reset

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and set a new password
  5. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password

Security Tips

  • Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters
  • Don't share your password with anyone
  • Log out when finished, especially on shared computers
  • Contact an administrator if you suspect unauthorized access
