Working with multiple content items
Bulk Operations
Perform actions on multiple content items at once.
Selecting Multiple Items
Selecting Items:
- Check the boxes next to items you want to select
- Use "Select All" to select all visible items
- Selection persists across pages (if paginated)
What you'll see: Checkboxes appear next to each item. When items are selected, a bulk actions bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
Available Bulk Actions
For News Articles:
- Delete - Remove selected articles
- Publish - Publish selected drafts
- Unpublish - Unpublish selected articles
- Add Tags - Add tags to all selected articles
- Set Category - Set category for all selected articles
For Events:
- Delete - Remove selected events
- Publish - Publish selected drafts
- Unpublish - Unpublish selected events
- Add Tags - Add tags to all selected events
For Actions:
- Delete - Remove selected actions
- Publish - Publish selected drafts
- Unpublish - Unpublish selected actions
- Add Tags - Add tags to all selected actions
What you'll see: When items are selected, a bulk actions bar appears at the bottom with buttons for available operations. Click an action, confirm, and it will be applied to all selected items.
Performing Bulk Actions
- Select the items you want to work with
- Click the bulk action button (Delete, Publish, etc.)
- Confirm the action
- The action is applied to all selected items
Warning: Bulk delete is permanent and cannot be undone. Be careful when selecting items for deletion.
