Using Tags
Tags help organize and find content across all content types.
Creating Tags
- Type a new tag name and press Enter
- Tags are created automatically
- Tags are shared across all content types
Using Tags
Adding Tags to Content:
- Click in the Tags field
- Start typing a tag name
- Select from existing tags or create a new one
- Add multiple tags by separating with commas or clicking multiple times
What you'll see: A tag input field that shows existing tags as you type. Selected tags appear as colored pills/badges that can be removed by clicking the X.
Tag Tips
- Use consistent tag names (e.g., always use "fundraising" not "fund-raiser")
- Use 3-5 tags per article
- Create tags that will be reused across multiple articles
- Tags help with organization and search
- Can filter content by tags
Tag Management
- Tags are managed globally
- Can be edited or deleted
- Deleting a tag removes it from all content
- Tags appear in tag management section
Filtering by Tags
You can filter content lists by tags:
- Navigate to a content list (News, Events, or Actions)
- Use the tag filter dropdown
- Select one or more tags
- Content matching those tags will be shown
