Progression Stages
Progression stages help you track the development of relationships with contacts.
Understanding Progression Stages
Progression stages represent different phases in a contact's journey:
- Initial Contact - First interaction
- Follow-up - Ongoing communication
- Engaged - Active participation
- Member - Joined YCW
- Active Member - Regular participation
Creating Progression Stages
- Navigate to People & CRM > Progression Stages
- Click Create Stage
- Enter stage name and description
- Set order (lower numbers appear first)
- Click Save
Adding Progression Entries
- Open a contact's detail page
- Go to Progression section
- Click Add Progression Entry
- Select stage
- Add notes (optional)
- Select interaction type (optional)
- Click Save
What you'll see: The progression entry appears in the timeline, showing the stage, date, and any notes.
Interaction Types
- Email - Email communication
- Call - Phone call
- Meeting - In-person meeting
- Event - Event attendance
- Other - Other interactions
Viewing Progression Timeline
The progression timeline shows:
- All progression entries chronologically
- Stage changes over time
- Interaction history
- Notes and details
