People CRM Overview
The People CRM system helps you manage contacts, track relationships, and automate follow-ups.
Features
The People CRM provides:
- Contact Management - Store and organize contact information
- Progression Stages - Customizable stages for relationship development
- Follow-up Automation - Automated reminders and email triggers
- Interaction History - Complete timeline of all interactions
- Bulk Import - Import multiple contacts at once
- Gantt View - Visual timeline of contact progression
- Follow-up Dashboard - Centralized view of pending follow-ups
Accessing People CRM
- Navigate to People & CRM in the sidebar menu
- You'll see two tabs:
- People Web - Manage public people profiles
- CRM - Manage contacts and relationships
- Click the CRM tab to access contact management
What you'll see: A page with tabs at the top. The CRM tab shows contacts, progression stages, and follow-up tools.
