Understanding the Calendar
Calendar Layout:
- Month view - Shows full month with days
- Days - Each day shows scheduled items
- Color coding - Different colors for different content types
- Navigation - Previous/Next month buttons
What you'll see: A calendar grid with the current month. Days with scheduled content show colored dots or items. Clicking a day shows details.
Content Types on Calendar
Events:
- Automatically appear on calendar
- Shown on start date
- Color: Purple
- Click to view/edit event
Scheduled News:
- News articles scheduled for publication
- Shown on publish date
- Color: Blue
Scheduled Actions:
- Actions scheduled for publication
- Shown on publish date
- Color: Red
Navigating the Calendar
- Previous Month - Click left arrow
- Next Month - Click right arrow
- Today - Click to jump to current month
- Day View - Click a day to see details
